Childcare Gold Coast

One sanctuary. Three Gold Coast communities.

Welcome to Sanctuary Early Learning Adventure

Choosing childcare is about more than finding a place with availability. It’s finding the people your child will build relationships with, the spaces where they’ll feel safe to explore, and a community your family can feel part of.

From those first nursery days through to Kindergarten and the transition to Prep, we’re here for every step of their adventure.

More than a childcare. A place to belong

The first five years are filled with big little moments.

First friendships. New words. Muddy hands. Brave goodbyes. Questions about absolutely everything.

We believe the people beside your child through those moments matter.

Across our Gold Coast centres, our educators take the time to know each child. Their interests. Their personality. What makes them laugh. What helps them feel secure. And when they’re ready to take that next little leap.

Because when children feel safe, known and connected, they have the confidence to explore their world.

That’s what finding Sanctuary means to us.

Everything they need for the day

We know family mornings already have enough moving parts.

That’s why we keep things simple. Many of the everyday essentials, learning experiences and programs your child needs are included as part of their day at Sanctuary.

At Sanctuary, your child's day includes

✓ Nutritious meals and snacks

✓ Nappies and wipes

✓ Enriching learning experiences and programs

✓ Government-approved Kindergarten programs

✓ Play-based, child-led learning

✓ Beautiful indoor and outdoor learning environments

✓ Regular updates and communication with your family

✓ Long day care from 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

No complicated extras. Just more of what children need to feel comfortable, learn, play and grow.

With you from babies to prep

There is something pretty special about watching a child grow through Sanctuary.

The baby who once needed an educator’s hand to feel safe at drop-off becomes the toddler confidently heading outside to explore. The toddler becomes the three-year-old asking a hundred questions.

And before you quite know how it happened, they’re a Kindergartener getting ready for their next big adventure.

Why gold coast families choose sanctuary

Family-owned and proudly gold Coast

Sanctuary began with a family and that family-led approach continues to shape who we are today.

Our centres are part of their local communities, supported by a wider Sanctuary team who share the same commitment to children, families and our people.

Educators who really know your child

Beautiful environments matter. Programs matter. But the people your child spends their day with matter enormously.

We invest in our educators, their professional development and the relationships they build with children and families. Because consistency gives children the opportunity to build something incredibly important: trust.

learning built around your child

Children are capable, curious learners.

Rather than expecting every child to learn in exactly the same way, our educators observe children’s interests, questions and ideas and look for meaningful ways to extend them.

Sometimes learning looks like painting. Sometimes it looks like building an elaborate structure in the sandpit. Sometimes it begins with a bug someone found outside.

We believe some of the most powerful learning happens when children are deeply interested in what they’re doing.

Safety woven into every day

Feeling safe is the foundation for learning.

Our approach considers children’s physical safety alongside their emotional wellbeing, relationships and sense of belonging.

From our environments and practices to the way educators interact with children, safety isn’t treated as a single policy or procedure. It is part of how we operate every day.

What does Sanctuary Feel Like?

You can read about a childcare centre online. But sometimes the best way to understand it is through the families who already walk through our doors every morning.

They see the relationships their children build, hear the stories they bring home and watch their confidence grow over time. Their experiences offer a glimpse into what being part of Sanctuary really feels like.

Here’s what our Gold Coast families have to say.

Sanctuary Ashmore

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It’s been four years since we joined the Sanctuary Ashmore family, and I am going to be so emotional when we hit graduation this year. I could not be any more grateful for the care, guidance and love shown by this team.
Starting in the nursery and ending our time in prep, they’ve been an integral part of our little guy’s first years and absolutely prepared him for what big school is going to bring next year. It’s been four years of little to no turnover and the consistency in that education and care is truly felt in the relationships we have created. So thank you to our Sanctuary Ashmore family, for being a part of our lives, for the encouragement, the hugs on hard days, the guidance and all of the learning we have experienced by being with you ❤️❤️❤️

Sanctuary HKP

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My son attends Sanctuary Early Learning at Southport, and choosing this centre was the best decision ever. He loves all of the educators and they all love him just as much. He comes home every day talking about everyone and ehat they did and is always excited to go back the next day. Everyone is so lovely and caring, the things they do with the kids are great, the level of communication is exceptional and the centre itself is amazing. I could go on and on. Highly recommend!!

Sanctuary Maudsland

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

From the minute we walked into sanctuary, my little girl loved it! We took the entry really slow and steady over a long period of time, as she suffered terrible anxiety, but seemed to be very happy and settled at sanctuary. We have since had her diagnosed with Autism with the help and support of the Centre staff and their very supportive inclusion teacher Melissa.

I cannot thank the Centre enough for their efforts in getting to know my child, her needs and making her and I feel very welcome and included. They listen to all feedback, act on it, and invite you to provide them with as much information about your child as possible so they can best serve them.
