At Sanctuary Early Learning Adventure Maudsland, recognition at this year’s Sanctuary Gala reflected the extraordinary heart of our team. Across the stage, our educators, leaders, teacher and chef were celebrated for their dedication, creativity, and the meaningful impact they make every day.
Kim was recognised as a finalist for the Sanctuary Values Award, a reflection of the way she lives our philosophy through compassion, respect, and inclusion.
Our teaching team were also celebrated, with Rachael recognised as a finalist for Lead Educator of the Year and Maria named a finalist for Early Childhood Teacher of the Year. Both of these exceptional women embody the spirit of teaching with heart — guiding children with wisdom, fostering confidence, and creating environments where curiosity flourishes.
Leadership at Maudsland was strongly represented, with Michaella honoured as a finalist for Director of the Year and Britt recognised as a finalist for Assistant Director of the Year. Their vision, care, and ability to support both families and educators showcase the strength of our leadership team.
And of course, the celebration extended to the kitchen, where Mandi was named a finalist for Chef of the Year. Her meals bring both nourishment and joy, making food an important part of connection and learning at Maudsland.
Together, these acknowledgements were crowned by Sanctuary Maudsland being named a finalist for Centre of the Year. This recognition is shared by every educator, leader, family, and child who make our centre the welcoming, thriving community it is today.
