Where to Find Your Child’s CRN

Enrolling your child at Sanctuary Early Learning Adventure? To finalise your enrolment and access the Child Care Subsidy (CCS), you’ll need to provide your child’s Customer Reference Number (CRN).

Your child’s CRN can be found by logging into your Centrelink online account through myGov or the Centrelink Express Plus mobile app.

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Sign in to your myGov account and access Centrelink.
  2. Select Profile, then Relationship and family details to find your child’s CRN.

If you haven’t yet applied for CCS, you’ll need to submit a claim through Centrelink. Once approved, your child’s CRN will be available in your online account or mobile app.

Why Your Child’s CRN is Important

Your child’s CRN is essential for linking your Child Care Subsidy (CCS) to your Sanctuary enrolment, ensuring your subsidy is calculated correctly. Not sure how much CCS you may receive? Use our Child Care Subsidy Calculator to estimate your benefits.
