At Sanctuary Early Learning Adventure Redlynch, the 2025 Gala was more than a night of awards — it was a celebration of the heart, values, and talent that shape our community. From emerging educators to seasoned leaders, Redlynch’s spirit was proudly recognised across the stage.
Emila, celebrated as a finalist for Student of the Year, reflects the bright future of early childhood education. With energy and warmth, she is already making a meaningful difference in the lives of children.
In the kitchen, Adrian was named a finalist for Chef of the Year, bringing creativity and connection to every meal he serves. His food doesn’t just nourish children — it sparks joy and togetherness.
Among our educators, Lyngel stood as a finalist for Lead Educator of the Year, recognised for her ability to inspire her team and create learning spaces filled with curiosity and confidence.
And Michael, a finalist for the Sanctuary Values Award, embodies the principles that make Sanctuary unique — respect, compassion, and inclusion woven into each moment of care.
Redlynch also celebrated two incredible award recipients.
Bianca was honoured as Educational Leader of the Year, recognised for her guidance, innovation, and commitment to ensuring every child’s learning is meaningful and rich. Jet received the Sanctuary Values Award, a reflection of her integrity, warmth, and ability to bring belonging to every child, family, and colleague she connects with.
Together, these acknowledgements tell the story of a centre where care, leadership, and values come alive every day. Redlynch is more than a child care centre — it is a thriving community where children feel safe, families feel supported, and educators feel proud.
We are deeply proud of our Redlynch team and grateful to the families who share this journey with us. Your trust and partnership are part of every success we celebrate.
