The team are so eager to work together, they have already met outside of work hours to start creating their bonds as a dynamic team – we don’t know about you, but that is already giving us the feels of something pretty amazing!
Introducing Homayra and Jodie:
Homayra
Centre Director
With over eighteen years in education, Homayra has enriched her career as a Primary Teacher, Director of her own early learning centre abroad, Parenting Columnist, and Child Development Specialist. Her journey led her back to early childhood education, where she has thrived as a Director for more than a decade, fostering a nurturing environment that supports educators and children alike.
Homayra joined Sanctuary HKP because of our clear commitment to positive impact and shared values, which she believes are essential for creating a thriving team environment. She is dedicated to ensuring the safety, belonging, and development of every child and educator within the community.
As a mother, Homayra prioritises the physical and emotional well-being of children. She aims to create a welcoming space where children feel valued and supported. Eager to build strong connections with families, Homayra invites all parents to reach out to her for support as they join the Sanctuary HKP family.
Jodie
Assistant DIRECTOR
Jodie’s career in early childhood education has been guided by her advocacy for young children and her desire to form lifelong connections with them and their families. As a neuro-divergent Indigenous woman, she values inclusive environments that cater to diverse needs, making Sanctuary HKP an ideal place for her skills and passions.
She looks forward to sharing her enthusiasm and compassion with the Sanctuary family and is committed to developing enriching and caring learning environments where every child can thrive.
Both Homayra and Jodie are thrilled to be part of the Sanctuary HKP leadership team. They share a commitment to excellence in early childhood education and a deep understanding of the needs of both children and their families. They are excited to contribute to the community and support each family throughout their journey with us.
